1997 Explorer Limited 5.0 AWD ?????'S

Obviously I'm new to Serious Explorations, but I am not new to ford or to trucks/SUV's. I just bought a 97 Limited 5.0 AWD with about 130 k miles. I dont like the all wheel drive or the adjustable air ride suspension. I was wondering if someone can tell me what is needed to swap out the AWD for a 4wd option. Also the air supension for a normal gas shock supension with out having and empty switch in the dash. Thanks

the AWD to low range t case has been done several times.
Ford did not make a 5.0L Explorer with a low range t case.
there is a thread that covers the eniter process, cost, etc.

Also the air suspension has been covered 100 times as well.
