I can't unlock the hatch manually or electrically. Tried to unlock it with the power unlock button.......no luck.
Tried to unlock it with the key........no luck again. I can turn the key counterclockwise (lock position) and back to the neutral position again but, I cannot turn the key clockwise......not even part way. Something is preventing the lock cylinder from turning that direction.
I've watched some videos on how to release the latch from the inside with a long screwdriver but, will that work with the lock engaged?
My main problem there is, the back has items in it that will not fit through a side door so getting to the latch is going to be quite a challenge.
