99 Ford Explorer XLT
I got a 1999 explorer v6 , wont start the theft light keeps flashing , got fire and fuel but no start

any advice?

Hiya mate, try taking the battery off for half an hour and then connect up- this may work.
 






Like he mentioned, ^^^ Reset the PCM.
