1999 Explorer XLT 4.0 Gage Light

Hey Guys, I have 1999 Explorer XLT that has 94,000 mi on it and when I turn a corner the "Gage Light" comes on Briefly then goes out. The manual doesn' give me any help. Temp, oil and Alt. gages show every thing normal. Any ideas??

Nothing from the experts or is this really a stupid question??

how much gas is in your tank? iirc the Gauge light will come on when gas is low. It sounds like the sensor for the fuel is going because as you turn the corner fuel will move around the tank. Also, check your coolant level just in case.
