Hello all,
I have a 1999 ford explorer 4.0 liter soch with 134,000 miles. I recently had the tranny rebuild and when I got it back it was slipping. I took it back to the shop and they tore it apart again and checked all the bands in the tranny. They told me everything was fine. They changed the tranny filter again and added new fluid. When I got it back the problem was still there (slipping between gears). I researched on line and found a thread that mentioned the TCM/PCM module might need to be reprogramed. Is this true? I don't know what to do
Thanks in advance for any help
