Hi I have been having this awful whistling noise going on for a couple weeks now & I thought it was my air filter so I changed it but it still continued , the other day somebody told me it was my power steering pump going bad which makes sense cause when I googled it it does say I'll hear the same noises that my trucks making now whenever I turn but its not every time I turn that it makes those noises ! How do I know for sure if it is & if so the auto part store said I need to find out if its pressed on or bolted on how do I find that out as well ? 99 ford explorer V6 4.0 XLT thank you in advance !
