1999 Ford Explorer,,starting,problems

I can cold start my Explorer and it will idle until the gas runs out.If I turn it off(even after 5 minutes of running) I have to hold the pedal to the floor to restart it and then it will have a little miss.(it will not miss if I let it idle on a cold start) I replaced the throttle position sensor,IAC Valve sensor, o 2 sensor and nothing works!!!!!!! It will not read a code of anything wrong.I used two differentr code readers. ANY IDEA???????? I need help!!!!!!

Welcome. A couple things come to mind, 1st check the fuel pressure the fuel pump could be bad, or going bad & 2nd the fuel filter could be partially clogged.
