My key fob quit working. I tried reprograming it with the ignition turning the key off and on 8 times. The door locks cycled and I pushed one of the buttons on the key fob within 10 seconds with no result. the key fob started working then stopped a couple days earlier. Batteries in fob are new. Any help would be appreciated.

Try it again,

Some models require the drivers door to be open and use the drivers door lock button to unlock all the doors. All the doors must be in the unlock position.

When you reach the 8th "on" leave it "on" When you get to the 8th "key on" the doors will lock and unlock on their own. Then it is ready for you to press the "lock" button on the fob. Press the "lock" button , since the doors are already unlocked.

Turn the key off and test. Your Done! :D
