need help i am dumbfouned put new fuel pump, plugs, wires, coil, ecm, and vehicle still floods and won't start, put scanner on it and all data streams read normal has no codes, crank sensor is reading i get rpm on tach and on scanner,if i hold the throttle about half way it almost starts, if i hold throttle wot, it acts like it is out of time, is it possible to jump timming and not set and dtcs between camshaft and crankshaft ? thanks for any help.
