1st Gen Explorer Door Speakers

On the 1st Gen Ex they told me that only 5*7 fit is that true i think i heard about people putting 6*8 in im not to sure what size it actually holds and if they only take 5*7 do they make 5*7 3 way or 4 way tha dude at best buy told me they didn't but im not to sure

mine are pioneer. as far as the 4-way goes just do what redrig suggested. go to cruthfield and enter your truck. It will show you which speakers are available in 3 and 4 way.
