ey I got a 2000 Explorer on 20's with 275-45-20 tires and what not, its a 4wd, and I wanna drop it about 2 1/2 so that it tucks a little better.

However, I don't know anything about dropping cars, I'm more into multimedia and that aspect of cars, and unfortunatly I never invested time in learning about that.

So basically, I'd like to know what I need to buy to get it dropped and an estimate of how much it will cost to see if its really worth it.

Cost is about $20 with a little elbow grease. Do a search on sports truck/lowered suspension forum for tortion twist.

Once dropped, you will need an allignment with camber kit installed. I paid $200 for mine. The last thing you gonna need is a good set of shocks.

Good luck and welcome to the site.
