2.8 to 4.0 in 1985 ford ranger

hey how is everyone? i have a 1985 for ranger on 32's with a 2.8 not very impressive. i wanted to put a 302 in it but then i brainstormed a 4.0 swap into it. anyone have any feed back or advice for this?

Hey there Fellow Floridian! I am putting a 4.0 into an 84 Ranger! There is a ton of help to be had on the site and alot of mods to do to the 4.0. The 4.0 sits in there pretty easy from what I have been hearing - I dont have mine in yet
