I used a Performance Accessories kit PA792 (for a Ranger) from Summit. It was about $100. You'll need to get yourself four longer bolts (160 mm) than the kit supplies. You can re-use two of the factory bolts. I'm pretty sure there's a thread that explains everything. Try Searching for "PA792".
