2-DR vs 4-DR springs

Just a quick question: Does anybody know if the length of the springs on the 2 door Explorer are the same length (eye to eye) as those on a 4 door? I'm still looking at the possibility of replacing my single leaf with the multi-leaf ones that would fit a 4-door if they'll fit. I also have to look at where it mounts to the axle, since the single leaf is 3 inches wide, while the multiple leaf spring is 2.5 inches wide. Any input regarding spring rates and curve would be helpful.
