Hey guys,
I'm kind of new to the off-road thing so i could really use some help.
I have a 2 door 4wd explorer sport with a 5 speed manual. I'm looking for a 2-3 inch suspinsion lift that does not use blocks, but replaces the springs (front and rear) with heavier duty springs. Also, i would like to run 31 in tires, but i was wondering whether or not i would need to regear. If anyone could tell me if their is a suspinsion kit that would match what i want, i would greatly apperciate it.
thanks in advance!

you have a few options, the others know a lot more than I do, but one is to put the spring pack from a 4door X i yours, I dont know the approx lift, but that will lfit and give you beefier springs compared to what you have, as for up front either new springs or spacers. the cheapest would probably be the used 4 door spring pack and f150 coil seats, if you search both those have been done a number of times.

1. It's spelled suspension.
2. You can't use blocks anyway, Explorers are spring under axle stock.
3. You can do coil spacer or new coils in the front.
4. You can do new leaves, shackles, or Add-a-leafs in the back.
5. You will not need to regear.

Not to sound like an ass but do a search on your specific questions. It's been covered to death & it will net you more info then this 1 topic can.
