Hello, new here and am posting for my son, He has 2002 Explorer XLS 5speed manual trans. When he puts in any gear, it appears to be going into gear, but after letting clutch out, gears start grinding. We pulled the shifter and trans top cover but cannot see much down the hole. Any helo would greatly be appreciated. TIA
