2000 parts on a 93 XLT?

Got a 93 XLT. Roomate has a 2000 explorer he is going to scrap, says I can ravage the thing for parts... anyone know what parts I can swap over, or where I could find a list of compatible parts?

Steal the rear axle to obtain the disc brakes if you're 2wd or they both have the same axle ratio. All the seats will bolt in too if they're cooler than yours.
