Hi guys im new here and i love my sport explorer, and would love it even more if i can make it a 4wd any ideas or suggestions?

For the T-case, I would pick up a manual shift BW1354 (assuming its a V6). That way wiring will not be an issue for the electric shift case.
There are plenty of Explorers in the junk yards to source the necessary parts.
Find a front differental/axle housing that matches your rear gear ratio.
Try to get a driveshaft off a '91-'94 explorer, or a '95-'96. Those years have the double cardan shafts that will bolt right up to the manual 1354, not the "CV style" of the newer ones.
Rear drive shaft will also need to be sourced.
The rest of the parts can probably be purchased over the counter from any auto parts stores.
I'm sure there is other stuff I'm forgetting about.
