2001 explorer sport is randomly stalling

I searched the forum and have not found a definitive answer. I own the Explorer Sport and sometimes it randomly stalls at lower neighborhood speeds while in drive. When it stalls I still have the lights and radio but lose AC and PS. After I put it in park it will imediately start back up. It does this regardless of outside air temp. It has new plugs, wires, good gas, a fairly new IAC, and new fuel filter. No check engine light has appeared.

Any insight or help is greatly appreciated. I read something about a "calibration recall" can anyone fill me in on that.
