2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac Back Window Problem

Hello

I am having some issues and im not too sure if maybe something from the remote starter has effected the wires for the back window. So last week I did a voltage drop test and determined that it was indeed the motor so I installed a replacement one and it work to put the window up but now i can't get it to vent or open etc. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be happening ??
