2002 Explorer 4x4 xlt Motor Swap Question

I purchased a replacement engine out of an 04 explorer to put in a 2002. Is the wiring harness the same or will I have to use my old harness? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The new motor has 78k miles. Is there anything I should fix before I put the new one in or will it be fine for a while? I am planning on replacing all the fluids when I do the swap.

The harness is different between the 2 of them. If the rear main seal, oil pan or crank seal is leaking at all this is the time to do them. New hydraulic tensionsers for the timing chains wouldn't hurt either.
