2002 explorer sport brake lights/front flashers

Hello ! Help please. I have a 2002 explorer sport and my 3 rd brake light works, but the two rear brake lights do not. Even more baffeling is my rear hazzards work but fronts do not? Replaced the front bulbs and still nothing. I also will ad that the signal indicators on the dash don't work, but the rear turn signals do?

Tilting column? Try tilting all the way UP before dissassembly. GL
