i just bought a 2002 ford explorer sport and the rear hatch handle stopped working it just goes up and down but wont open the door is there a trick to it or is the handle latch broken any help would be very helpful after inspection i think the latch has come undone and i am wondering if i can get the panel off with the liftgate closed any suggestions
