Hi, I am finishing up a reman 4.0L SOHC motor in a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, and I am running into a problem with the "sleeves" that go between the head and the fuel injectors. I did a search and couldn't find any info on this site or the internet. I cannot get the old ones out of the heads of the old motor, is there a trick or something? Injectors are loose in the heads without them.
