2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 Fuel Pump Replacement. Guide For Cutting Floor?

Does anyone have a quick dirty FAQ on getting to the pump without dropping the tank?

I know you can cut the floor but I'm looking for some clear pictures as to where and what needs to be removed.
