2002 Sport Trac 4X4 inop

My 2002 Sport Trac 4X4 just went inop one day. Any way to troubleshoot and find out if is the shift motor or control?

Same problem here, today, on my '02 XLT. First, it would sometimes not shift into 4x4 Low. Now won't shift into 4x4 High. Wondering if it could be a bad relay? Any service bulletins anyone know of on this problem? Thanks.

ohhhhh.. the 2002's transfer case was designed to blow up on Sept 02, 2005 - its a Ford thing... kidding.
