2002 XLS Problems Help!!!!!!

Hi to all i'm new to the board!!!!

Well irecently buy a this model for my wife here are my little problems:

***Horn don't work, YES its sounds went the panic buttom it's press and went the alarm is active.
***Air back light stay blink and remain on.
***Cruise control dont work, i press the on buttom and nothing
***Courtesy lights don't flash in the active or deactive process of the FOB alarm
***And the mayor problem, rear axle little noise, i read in other posts that this vehicle have problems with this is true?

Well hope someone can direct me or give me a little advice, thanks for read and for your time and Happy Christmas!!!!!!

if your horn want work and the cruise control want work, it could be the wirring in the stering wheel.

And if the airbag light is on, I am sure that there is a problem in the stering wheel. Maybe the clock spring or something. Has it been in a accident? You can get the codes from the airbag light flashing and see what the exact problem is too.
