Hi all.

First post here.

I have an 03 explorer eddie bauer. 4.0L.

I have absolutely no heat.
I've removed the driver side actuator and am currently changing the flap manually. I can hear that it's going back and forth all the way. I have checked all the vacuum lines and they seem to be alright. I have not replaced the passenger side actuator yet until i fully know the problem. I've removed the cover underneath the rad that sits under the control box and I can feel hot air blowing out now. Not hot hot, but more of a warm. When i go to change the settings (electric climate control) I don't get any heat coming from any vents.
I've checked the lines coming from the heating core under my hood and they are both hot.

What am I forgetting to check?

EDIT: I failed to mention that my AC is working and all I'm getting right now is cool air when I have the heat activated.

Sounds like a possible clogged heater core to me. Just because the heater hoses are hot doesn't mean that coolant is flowing through the core. Try flushing the heater core and see if that works.

Could be a bad HVAC control module or low antifreeze.
