My Master switch only let's my back passenger window down and no other window I also think that it is stuck on the "lock all windows" function because i cant let any of them down do i need to replace a wire or replave the master switch?

First I would check the large connector in the door jamb, and then check for broken wire(s) in the accordion boot.
