2003 Ford explorer misfire

My 2003 ford explorer 4.0 that a nice old lady gave me is throwing codes P0300, P0302, P0316, also got a code for crankshaft positioning sensor. So far I have replaced the intake gaskets, valve cover gaskets pcv valve, mass air flow sensor, cleaned the egr, put in a different crank sensor, coil pack, wires, and plugs thermostat housing and still am getting a misfire
