2003 Sport Trac Part Interchange?

Greetings,
I’m shopping for some interior parts and front axle parts for doing a hub conversion on my 2003 sport trac. My biggest trouble so far, is not being able to find anyone who can tell me if one part or another is interchangeable with an Explorer. The local ford dealer punched up some numbers on interior parts and came up with different numbers for the same part on a 2003 ST compared to a 2003 Explorer. Some websites like Car-Part.com are useless as they don’t list a ford explorer sport trac, just explorers only.
Any suggestions?

As you probably know, most plastic body and trim parts have long been discontinued.
This web site is useful because they list COMPLETE Ford part numbers to compare. GL

By "front end" I assume this means from the firewall forward. Also be aware of the 2001 ST Job 1 vs. Job 2 engine differences.

The 01-03 Sport has EXACTLY the same front end as the 2001-2005 Sport Trac .....NO difference.
They are totally different from the regular 4-door Explorer.

I own an 03 4.6L Ex Limited and my son owns an 03 4.0L Ex Sport Trac. I can tell you that virtually nothing is common between the 2 vehicles. O3 Ex is 3rd gen Explorer, 03 ST is based on 2nd Gen Ex platform. 03 ST has a lot of common items with 01-03 Ex Sport (2 door) and of course 01-05 ST. Even certain items from 95-01 Ex are interchangeable, but more along the lines of mechanical items.
