No check engine light or anything just idles very low and sometimes stalls at stop lights. Stalled once today when i pulled into the driveway and put it in park. Anyone have any ideas??

During the colder months on my 2000 Explorer Limited I have the same problem. The Idle Air Control(IAC) valve gets stuck. I usually jump out and tap it with a screw driver until it pops and starts functioning correctly.

2002 Sport Trac...

Had stalling problems on decel and stop, no CEL, etc.....
Cleaned IAC.... still there.

REPLACED IAC..... Now it doesn't stall on decel but when in park it will occasionally stumble with rpm drop then it's okay again... no CEL...

This guy is actually threatening to BUY A CHEVY.

Disconnected battery and even depressed brake to discharge electrons but I'm wondering whether there are any "stored codes" that won't go away?

This thing should re-program itself in at least 30-40 miles, right?

p.s. been in the teens around here with lots of humidity (27" of snow) and wondering if it's just a crappy fuel issue?
