2003 Tranmission Wiring Harness??

I have a 2003 mercury mountaineer just put a new tranmissison in it and the plug that plugs Into the tranmissison was no good so I bought a used one at a junk yard. I thought it was the same year but I have 3 wires that don't match up.. tranmission is a 5r55w ..NEED HELP THANKS

Not sure about using a used one off another vehicle, if the other vehicle has a 5R55N in it then it might be wired differently. I always use a new replacement harness it should instructions to go by.
