2003 xlt multiple electrical problems - started near same time

As the title says, these issues popped up within days of each other.

• Radio cuts off and gauges freeze when shifting into park, originally this happened randomly while driving.
• Bad ignition key warning sensor(annoying tone while exiting with keys in) makes it think key is always in ignition.
• Before it shut down ACC power in park, electronics wouldn't cut off at all.

I've spent several hours searching these issues and nothing helps. If anyone has the ignition wiring diagram or knows the color of the wire exiting C250(left of column, ignition switch?) for the key warning it would be most appreciated! We had just fixed a bad bracket on the shiftier, where we had to remove and reinstall components surrounding it, could this have effected anything? Park sensor? Neutral range sensor?

When it goes to park and shuts down the electronics it's the exact same as when you start the truck and it kills the radio and such momentarily. Faulty ignition switch?
