My 2004 Ford Explorer won't go into gears nor crank now. It all started when my friend's car needed jumping off and he was going to jump it off with the Explorer. Well it turned out that the car didn't need jumping off so he claims he never touched the truck but I wasn't there so I don't know for sure. The next morning the gear shifter would go into different gears but wouldn't actually go. Then a couple of days later, the steering wheel wouldn't move and the ignition won't even turn over. I've called Ford dealerships and mechanics in and around my town and I can't get no help. I've searched all over the internet but can't find anyone with a similar situation. Any help will be appreciated.
