2004 Mountaineer timing chain tensioner part number?

I've got a 2004 Mountaineer with the 4L SOHC, and I'm getting intermittent noise from the front timing chain area. Hoping the timing chain tensioner is just getting weak and needs replaced, rather than the entire timing set. Trouble is, I can't seem to find just the timing chain tensioner to purchase separately, and if that's all I need, there's no point in buying the entire set. Anybody know where to find just the tensioner? Tried Rock Auto, no luck.

Ford sells the tensioner arms and tensioners separate. Looks like ~$20 for the arm and ~$45 for each tensioner.
