Hi all, I am a newby but been fixing these old cars and trucks for many years.. I just put the heads back on a 2004 Ranger 3.0 that had sucked the exhaust valves up in the heads causing the misfire.. my local speed/machine shop cut out and installed hard seats for the exhaust and it runs awesome now.. BUT.. after firing it up I now have an ABS/BRAKE light on continuously .. all the brakes are good and work, sensors good and work,I replaced the rear sensor in the rear end housing.. pulled all the fuses all good and even replaced them.. wiring all good.. what is going on? anybody know?

Totally bleed out your brake lines until you get clean fluid on each wheel cylinder.
This should flush out all of the solids in your brake fluid from interfering with your computer.
My mechanic told me that about ten years ago and true to his word I have never had to replace any of that,
on any make or model vehicle since. Freedom! :)
