2004 Sport Trac Turn Signal problem

Hello to all, I am new to this forum. I have googled for this information and came up empty. I am hoping that someone here can help. I have a 2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Lately I have been having an intermittent problem with my turn signal (both left and right simultaneously). The problem is that the respective turn signal will stop flashing yet both the front and back bulb will be on solid. The parts store attendant says it is the flasher relay. Where is this relay located on my year Explorer?

It's in the Aux. Relay Box 2 under the dash on the right side of the steering column.
