I have a horn that blows fuses. If I replace the fuse, the dome light and cruise control work (good clockspring). If I press the horn pad for 1-2 seconds the fuse blows. I can hear the relay energizing if I just tap the horn pad quickly. The relay seems to be on the passenger side down by the fuse block / junction box. I can't seem to locate it. I'm sure there's probably a short on the load side of the relay since I can hear it energizing but if I can't get my hands on it, I can't chase it down. It's been frustrating to say the least. Chilton and Hayes are worthless for this. Thanks in advance.
