No solution to this problem. I have a 2005 Adrenaline the ABS light is always on when the key is OUT and drains battery. Truck starts and runs fine with NO ABS warning light. Turn off truck and the ABS light comes on and stays on. So far I have done the following:

Pulled every fuse 1 at a time. -Light still on
New ignition switch -light still on
new key switch and cylinder -light still on
disconnected wiring from ABS pump and started truck -light still on
Drain capacitors on PCM and reset -light still on
sent my cluster out for repair -light still on
purchased a new cluster, same model and manufactured same week -light still on

anyone seen this before?

Now that's messed up.

Harness? Computer? Not much left that you haven't replaced.

no kidding. The truck runs great with no problems. Only when you turn the thing off

If this seems totally off the wall, just know it seems that way to me too.
I read through this thread last night, but didn't give it any real thought because I don't know enough about electrical issues to be of use to anyone. I can usually follow a wiring diagram, but that's about it.
As I was trying to go back to sleep at 3:30 this morning, the thought popped into my head that the issue is related to the relay or whatever that keeps the lights on for a bit after the engine is shut off and the radio on until the door is opened. I have no idea where the idea came from, or what that has to do with the ABS light. After watching the video today and seeing that it's not just the ABS light that's on, and hearing you wondering if it's related to the headlight delay, I decided to post this. I have no idea if that's where the problem is or not. The lights that are on in the video are lights that come on when you first turn the key on. They don't stay on while the truck is running unless there's a problem, and they don't come on when you shut the truck off.

I do get solutions out of nowhere to things I've been thinking on, but I didn't give any thought to this because it's not mine to solve, nor was I thinking on it to help out. I'm not offended if I'm way off and you all think I'm nuts.

Remove
Cluster cut wire dark green circuit 603
This is the control wire for abs light on 05 cluster it comes directly from the abs pump motor under the hood

Light should go out

You may have a short to ground on this wire somewhere? At connector c144 perhaps
