can i glue the window back on the regulator and if so what kind do you recomend ?

yes, you can reglue it. you can use urethane that comes in a tube

I re-glued one with 3M yellow weatherstripping adhesive. That was 3-4 years ago.

either you can use what koda said, or any urethane for windsheilds that you can find at your parts store
