If my water pump pulley is squeaking/chirping, does that mean the pump is about to go out?

I have a new serpentine belt on, and I replaced the idler pulley and the belt tensioner pulley already. Both of those needed to be replaced, but it only reduced the squeaking....

If I put a little liquid lube around the bearing of the water pump pulley behind the fan the squeak disappears for awhile, but doesn't go away.

So Explorer experts......how bad is this? Should I start saving? Or are my worries in vain?

Could this be a belt alignment issue? If the belt isn't perfectly straight?

I meant to say the bearing, not the pulley... the fan bearing seems to be what is squeaking/chirping.
