I have a 2005 Sport Trac. My son used it for a couple of years and now I need to replace the tonneau cover and front console cover. Looking for any good suggestions.

Are you looking for a hard or soft tonneau? Hard ones are more secure but harder to deal with if you need to keep loading it up. I had a thread on hard tonneau covers:
I'm not sure what you mean by "console cover". If you mean a console swap then any second generation Explorer console will fit. There's a how-to on the other ST site:
I've had Sport Masters aka Tonneau Masters tonneaus on my last couple trucks including this one although I heard they went under (casualty of the recession). Quality vinyl unit that holds up real well. If you can find one I highly recommend them. Lund is decent but the snaps are plastic instead of metal like Tonneau Masters.
No complaints of my Advantage Hard Hat cover. It looks like a soft vinyl cover because the aluminum skin is wrapped in vinyl but it is a try-fold hard cover that's easy to use.

They make repair kits for the console cover. They give you a new vinyl skin and whatnot to repair yours. You can get them on Ebay. You need to know the color of your interior before buying it.
The factory hard tonneau cover(if that's what you have) is superior to any aftermarket one in quality and design. I looked into this myself when I first bought my used Sport Trac. If you already have an aftermarket one or a soft cover then use the suggestions already given on here for a replacement unless you want to upgrade to the factory cover or want to retain a soft cover. If you have a factory hard cover that locks then you can buy any of the parts for it from the Ford parts counter. It is completely serviceable and repairable.
