Would anyone have an idea what it takes to remove the shifter knob on my 2006 Explorer? I just bought the truck and the previous owner broke off the O/D switch cover. I don't think I can thread the wiring down thru the shifter cover without removing it from the shifter housing. Just love Ford Engineers?
