2007 Explorer XLT
Hello.

I have a 2007 Explorer XLT that is having an AC issue. It is not cooling properly. The passenger side pushes cooler air than the drivers side. I replaced the blend door actuator in the center column drivers side and no change. My refrigerant is at the right pressure (only have ability to check low port). I looked at the compressor clutch while running and it engages on and shuts off every couple of seconds whether on Max or reg AC. Any ideas on what to do/check on?

As long as its not dual cliamate conttol then put a little squirt of freon in it. Just keep the low side below 40psi.

same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. I went for the blend door first and it worked fine. Pressure did not indicate that it was low but I was using a gauge that
came on an old can of freon. Gave it a shot of freon and now it works again.
Good lunk
