Gang,
I have a 2007 Eddie Bauer V8 w/ 71K miles on it. Yesterday I tried to the kick AC on and it blew hot air, even in Max AC mode. Strangely, it blew hot air even in Vent mode despite the outside air temp being 75 degrees. Any ideas as to what this is. I have a service appointment for tomorrow, but am concerned about a massive cashectomy. I had a 1993 Grand Cherokee whose AC died, and it cost me $1500 for them to replace the evaporator which was located deep within the dash. I am concerned about a repeat here. Thanks for your help.
