Probably a custom fab job.
I did a minor intake mod by removing the baffle behind the grille "nostril" opening and then adding a mesh to catch any large objects. Not sure it helps much but al least it's less restrictive. Maybe it even has a ram air effect.

It's a FIPK for 2004-2005 v8 Explorers and works just fine on the 4.0 V6.
You'll simply move your MAF to the housing attachment on the K&N tube and make a couple little cuts to the heat shield to allow for passage of the A/C lines against the fender wall. Otherwise, it's a direct replacement.
