2007 explorer transmission issue

Hi, I have a 2007 explorer, 5r55s transmission that has corrosion issues on the wiring connector that bolts on to the solenoid pack. Has anyone had similar issues? I can not find the connector anywhere. Could anyone help me out?

I have been there done that, its not a fun job.

I ended up replacing the entire engine harness! You could buy the harness and chop out just the trans harness pigtail and connect it that way. Our customer did not want a harness that was cut so thats why I replaced the whole thing.

You cannot buy just the harness for the trans it is part of the whole engine harness but you can go to a junk yard and cut out what you need.

You will also have to replace the solenoid block in the trans as well.
