2007 Ford Explorer Brake Pad trouble

Changed Brake Pad all the way around and now it's making a grinding ticking noise! Also when the took the old pads off the inner pad was worn unevenly? What could it be?

You did grease all the slide pins right?

I have learned that a little grease or antiseize between the caliper and pad ( where they touch ) can help eliminate some brake noises.

I assume you didn't replace or face the rotors? That can cause noise till the new pads bed in, or you might have gotten rust/debris between the pads and rotors.

As above, failure to grease the slide pins as well as the points where the pads touch the calipers can cause noise.
