2008 Explorer Limited headrest removal

I searched the forums and found some "half-answers" on this ridiculously silly question.

I am putting headrest DVD/SCREENS in my front headrests, however, for the life of me I cannot get the factory headrests out!!

I pull, yank, tug, everything and they don't budge.
I press the button, I don't press the button, I do a combination of pressing and not pressing, still no success!

What is the secret magical formula to extract the headrests?

UPDATE :

I found the "secret" of headrest removal.

For anyone who wants to know.....

On the plastic base (where the posts go into) there is a small hole on the one without the adjustment button.
Put a paperclip into this hole and pull UP.

Yes, that simple.....I feel like a schmuck!
